Today I wanted to talk about a discount makeup website - Beauty Steals.
Beauty Steals is an online store that stocks quite a lot of high street beauty brands along with a few high end brands such as MAC, Benefit & Urban Decay.
Here are a selection of products I really like the look of, you can find all mentioned discounted makeup here.
What instantly stands out to me as a huge plus about this site is that it is free P&P with no minimum order.... which means you can just pick up one or two items without making them more expensive by paying delivery costs!
Here are a selection of products I really like the look of, you can find all mentioned discounted makeup here.
1. Revlon Colorstay Mineral Foundation £4.99 - Believe it or not I have never actually tried a Revlon foundation, though I have heard many good things about them especially the Colourstay range. I can't say I have heard of this mineral foundation before but really do like mineral powders and also love that this comes with a mini kabuki type brush in the lid for buffing the foundation it into the skin. This also comes in a good range of shades on the website.
2. Lavel Cream Blush in Pink £2.35 - When it comes to cream blushers I seem to love them all, they just give such a natural finish and I love how long they last as a product. I've never heard of Lavel but any cream blush at this price is worth trying out!
3. CK Tempting Glimmer Creme Eyeshadow in Vintage Metal & Sheer Nectar £3.69 - I have always been a huge fan of cream eyeshadows especially in neutral metallic shades - just so pretty on the eyes. I've heard lots of good things about the Calvin Klein makeup range and as the line isn't available in shops this would be a good place to pick them up from without incurring annoying delivery charges.
4. MAC Eye Kohl Eyeliner Pencil in Smolder Black £10.59 - Everyone needs a staple black eyeliner and this would be the perfect one to pick up. MAC is such a high quality brand and the pigmentation of this from swatches I have seen online is pretty impressive!
5. Revlon Colorstay Quad Shadow in Sunrise, Sunset £3.59 - Every time I visit Boots I look at the Revlon stand and I'm tempted to pick up an eyeshadow quad but at £8+ I always decide against it. But now I can finally give in and purchase one online. The website has a range of the quad palettes on offer but Sunrise, Sunset seems like the perfect mix of neutrals and slightly brighter shades.
So as you can see lots of cheap makeup buys to be had!

There's nothing worse than only wanting to spend a small amount but doubling the overall cost with the P and P!

But I always feel a little iffy about buying discontinued stuff... I feel like the formula might be old or expired...
What are your thoughts?
