'Smash Up' Models Own First Vivid Crackle Nail Polishes!


Firstly let me just say I'm not one for getting that excited about new product launches or press releases. But oh my did I with these bad boys! 

The 9 amazing crackle nail polishes with be launching in April  - the Black & Silver will be in Boots stores from the 20th April and the rest will be online at www.modelsownit.com

I think I'm personally most excited about the white and silver... I mean how amazing will the Smash Up white look over nude nails in summer or over a really bright nail polish. 

But I also love the look of the purple, just something really different. 


Really excited about these and will definitely have to get my nails on the white if nothing else! 
   
I'm sure it will be such a fab range

    Brilliant, I love the black one but it'll be great to try lots of other colours too. The silver is top of my list.

    I might have to try the silver but i've already got barry m's crackle polish and wasn't that impressed the finish is a bit hit and miss but they do look great on toes for the summer xx

    Silver sounds like it would be a great cheap alternative to the OPI silver shatter that is coming out. I love the look of the orange and turquoise (if it is different to the China Glaze turquoise shade). They would be so cool to do an orange and turquoise manicure ad then go over them in the coordinating crackles on the opposite colours.

    I'm all for getting the silver one! I've got a silver crackle polish by the Italian brand Layla and it looks great, classy too.
    I also have a white one but I don't like it very much because it reminds me of white-out, maybe you'll find a way to make it work for you :)

    Very exciting! I've been wanting to order the China Glaze crackles but I may as well wait for these as they're much more accessible and if we're lucky they'll have a nice promo! :D

    @Arash - It kind of gives a crackled effect over nail polish. Basically you apply a normal nail polish and let it dry. Then you apply the crackle polish and it cracks as it dries... like the image on the lids of the nail polishes above!

    Not really for everyone but it's great if you want something different...well maybe not you exactly! haha

    wow the white really would look gorgeous! i got the barry m black yesterday instant nail effects, and do like it but i'm not one for wearing black often. white would be ideal!
