A Belated "What I Got For Christmas" Post

A definite over due post today on a few presents I got for Christmas!

I sadly didn't get into the festive spirit at Christmas this year as I was ill but I did receive some lovely gifts that I'm so grateful for. If you would like anything reviewed at a later date just let me know.

Gogo Philip Small Heart Necklace - I love tiny necklaces and I also love Gogo Philip designs so this was perfect for me. Actually ASOS have a big sale on at the moment and a lot of the Gogo Philip jewellery is only £5 (here)... I'm pretty tempted to treat myself to the little red heart necklace now.

Melissa Divine Lace Nude Ballet Pumps - These were on my Christmas list because I love Melissa shoes sooooo much. If you wear flats and find yourself buying lots of pairs because they never last then treat yourself to a pair of Melissa shoes and you will be converted. They are so comfy and never show signs of wear and the icing on the cake is that they're bubblegum scented!

Red Wine Lips - Before beauty blogging I would have never worn shades this dark but now I have a lot more confidence with makeup I do love a bold lip and wine/vampy shades are very in this winter so I was really glad to receive these two beautiful shades. The shades are Rimmel Kate in 107 and Avon Plum Suduction.

Illamasqua Eyes & Nails Mystery Selection Box (my full review of it - here) -  I love receiving nice, good quality gift sets at Christmas and this was exactly what I wanted so I was really pleased to receive it! A great introduction to Illamasqua with 6 full-size products.

Blog, ince Book & a new laptop! - Yes, my big main present! My old laptop was seriously on it's last legs and just not good for blogging with so I was soooooo pleased I got this. It's shiny and black and wonderful and it has Windows 8 AND I'm writing this blog post from it right now! I also purchased Blog, inc (Amazon - here) with an Amazon voucher I received and have been thoroughly enjoying it - best pro-blogging book I have read.

Lots of lovely books -I also received Ellen Degeneres Seriously... I'm Kidding (Amazon - here) it really looks like an entertaining read and I'm sure I will enjoy it as I love Ellen. Also I received Miss Peregrine's Home For Perculiar Children (Amazon - here) which I am currently reading and so far enjoying.

Insolense & Secret Obsession - Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without one new perfume but luckily I got two new fragrances! Insolense by Guerlain (full post on it - here) is my all time favourite and I have owned it so many times but Secret Obsession by Calvin Klein I fell in love with after trying a miniature sized bottle. It is definitely a winter fragrance and I love the bottle.

Amazing glittery nail polish & other treats - Last but not least my lovely friend Maxi (go read her blog pleaseee - Bella Belle) got me some perfect presents. Sooo many glitter nail polishes and look... a Bath & Body Works candle! It smells like carrot cake too!

Hope you enjoyed this little post!

I would love to see a review on the book by Ellen. I love her too and I know she has a huge fan base so reviewing it would appeal to her fans and general book lovers too.

Very nice and practical gifts. Even though i love beauty stuff, I still think that gadgets and books are the best presents ever. Can I ask you something? How do you edit your photos to make them like the first one on top of the post? Thanks:)
