Today I come bearing exciting news that I have been holding back to tell you about for a few weeks now!

As you can see the cat is now out of the bag with the invite above - Myself and Khila from Miss Budget Beauty with be hosting a Boots Seventeen Twitter Party together next week!

I love both the brand Seventeen and Miss Budget Beauty (an equal lover of high street makeup) so I really think it's a great match all round and will hopefully be a great chat/party on Wednesday.

All the information is detailed in the invite above but just to confirm, the twitter party will be at 7-8pm on Wednesday 3rd July with both myself (@makeup_savvy) and Khila (@msbudgetbeauty) tweeting away along side Seventeen's MUA Vanesa Guallar (@vanesaguallar). Plus we will also be giving away six Seventeen Beauty Boxes throughout the hour!

I'm really looking forward to this and hope if you are on Twitter you can also get involved!

:o This is crazy exciting! I may even have to ask the fiance to put the boy to bed so I can be online!

I still haven't got the foundation but it's on my to get list when I next go to boots.

I'm very excited about this product. Having spent £30 a go in getting neutragena skin clearing foundation shipped from the U.S its a lighter relief in the wallet. I believe in seventeen as a brand, before teaching I world for Boots for 6 years as a Saturday assistant, and know its a great makeup line. Working with teenages and seeing their need for a foundation that covers yet helps skin is something that frustrates me as there is little out there that is reasonably priced that a 13 year old could afford, therefore I will buy this today and try it out!! Then I can decide whether or not to plug it to the teens I work with. I genuinely hope that its awesome and does what it's says it will as this could be a huge turning point for spot prone girls of all ages. I am all kinds of excited to find out how this turns out. Thanks xxxx
