Pinterest is awash with inspiration and ideas; from dreamy interiors to endless wanderlust and of course makeup trends. But one beauty item that has blown up in recent years is nail polish with nail polish shade images overtaking nail art.
With seasonal searches bringing a lot of traffic to the platform it's no wonder beauty obsessor and nail addict alike are on the lookout for the best autumnal nail polish shades to add to their collection.
And when I say dupe this polish is certainly a match in colour and even quality.
The ultra-cheap dupe is in fact Essence The Gel Nail Polish Love Me Like You Do (shade 67) and exactly like Essie Angora Cardi is the most perfect dusky rose shade for autumn/winter.
Both nail polishes whether you want to spend £7.99 or £1.60 make for what I like to call 'sweater weather' nails, complimenting all skin tones and just being almost a cosy shade to wear when the weather is cold.
While I don't own Essie Angora Cardi.... because I have Essence Love Me Like You Do! I do own a lot of Essie nail polishes so I can compare formulas and although Essence nail polish is only £1.60 each they really do stand up to the glossy and hardwearing nature of Essie nail polishes. Well as long as you apply The Gel nail polish in two even coats. The finish is also just as glossy meaning there's no need for a top coat if you don't have time.

Shade wise it also suits all autumnal colours it seems, from mustard to cheshunt brown and orange... Love Me Like You Do really is like an autumnal neutral suiting whatever clothing items you wear with it.
As this is a new shade from Essence it is available at all Essence stands in selected Wilko stores, however, if your local store doesn't have a stand or you simply don't want to risk the shade being out of stock then I highly recommend using the Free click & collect service online!
